A few months into our 15th year in business, and with our founder in a new decade of life, we’re intentionally reflecting on what’s next. Rather than starting 2026 with everything figured out, we chose to take time to process, plan, and prepare. But pausing to consider what sustainable, slow-and-steady growth looks like, we have discovered more clarity and meaning in it. We know the unexpected will happen, and we’re flexible enough to pivot when it does. Here’s what will guide our next chapter.

Our vision is to be deeply connected to the healthcare and disability industries, as well as to the news media, so important information can be amplified. Our mission is to uncover compelling stories, pursue pointed publicity, and advance client expertise. Our values – integrity, excellence, collaboration – shape how we work and how we lead with kindness.
In a world that often feels divisive and unkind, we believe guiding with clarity, credibility, and compassion is not only the right thing to do but also what gives us a competitive edge and sets us apart as a PR consultancy.

Our 15th Anniversary content in 2025 – especially November’s KindWords campaign and December’s Generosity campaign – received an overwhelmingly positive response. We also launched our blog, The Nature of PR, to reflect on where we’ve been and to inform where we’re headed. Moving forward, we’ll focus on Messaging Muses & More, sharing insights and stories that help brands sharpen their messaging, strengthen communication, and show up with clarity and creativity. We’ll also stay disciplined by tracking results, using data to stay motivated and adjust course when the path turns in an unexpected direction, ensuring progress remains meaningful.
These three points aren’t resolutions. They’re our resolve. We believe in planning while holding plans loosely. It’s what keeps us moving forward no matter what comes our way.
